Byron described Diodati in a letter to Hobhouse as ‘a very pretty villa in a vineyard - with the Alps behind and Mt. Jura and the lake below’, where he had rooms ready for Hobhouse and Scrope Davies with ‘all appliances and means to boot’. It had, in fact, a grand salon on the first floor with windows on two sides opening on to a balcony on which Byron sat and wrote, a dining room and three more rooms, one of which was Byron’s bedroom.Here he finished Canto Ⅲ of Childe Harold when not talking with the Shelleys and Polidori round the fire in the salon. For the weather had broken, as Mary described so graphically: ‘An almost perpetual rain confines us principally to the house… The thunder-storms that visit us are grander and more terrific than I have ever seen before. We watch them as they approach from the opposite side of the Lake. …One night we enjoyed a finer storm than I have ever before beheld.The lake was lit up, the pines on Jura made visible, and all the scene illuminated for an instant, when a pitchy blackness succeeded, and the thunder came in frightful bursts over our heads amid the darkness.'It was during these long stormy nights that Byron initiated a competition between them all for writing ghost stories which culminated in his own The Vampire (later plagiarized by Polidori) and Frankenstein of Mary’s, which became the most famous, Shelley’s and Claire’s ‘horrific tales’ being only recounted by them and never published.They often stayed at the Diodati till the early hours- especially Claire- whose slipper was found by the gardener one morning on the slopping vineyard between the two villas, who gave it discreetly to Shelley at Maison Chapuis, without comment. In early June, when the weather cleand, they occasionally walked into the old town of Geneva to visit Manget’s bookshop in the Rue de la Cite, where they were able to find recent English periodicals and English,French and Italian books and translations of the classics.

解説にはasが様態でdoはbelieveの代役をしていると書いてあるのですが…
日本語 → 英語に関する質問です｡
現在、仕事で制作しているもの（パンフレット）の中で、日本語（単語）を英訳したい作業があるのですが、『飲食事業』という単語の英訳はどのようになるのでしょうか?
因みに、Google翻訳では『Business Dining』と訳されます｡
ですが、他の事業、例えば『貿易事業』を同じようにGoogle翻訳にかけると、『Trade Business』となるので、いずれかが誤っているのかと思いご質問させて頂きました｡
